Strategy and Data Migration for First Logistics Implementation of SAP in Defence Logistics

XKG provided information strategy and data migration for JLC in the implementation of SAP DFPS, HCM, and SRM within the Defence ECC environment. The first of its kind within the logistics domain, the implementation required integration of thousands of data items into a unique configuration of Logistics, Finance and HR Systems.


Systems Development of MILIS Self Service User Initiated Reporting (MUIR)

XKG provided systems development services to the Defence Corporate Data Warehouse, enabling end users to develop their own reports based upon real production data extracted from MILIS. The implementation effectively adapted the extraordinary complexity of the MILIS data structures into a unified dimensional model.


Systems and Platform Integration of Victoria Police’s Automatic Number Plate Recognition System

XKG provided ICT and vehicle integration and design as well as requirements development for the RFT work package with Victoria Police. The project delivers a new integrated system to a vehicle, creating large quantities of data to both cloud-based and on-premises networks. XKG Services included requirements definition, stakeholder engagement, integration and design.


Development of Victoria Police’s Alcohol and Drug Impaired Driver Information System

XKG developed the business requirements and draft specification for ADIDIS, an ICT system to support the delivery of 100,000 RDTs per year, enabling Victoria Police to reduce the road toll and contribute to community safety in general. This included integrating the conceptual design for the system architecture in specifications through consultation with the RPPD (Road Policing Project Division) , Victoria Police staff and project stakeholders in the development of draft specifications.
