Dominik Kul

Dom is a highly motivated leader with a proven history of delivery in complex and demanding project environments. He is a result-driven professional, who recognises and embraces the pressure and accountability required to consistently deliver high- quality work. Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills allow him to develop and maintain strong professional relationships.

Dom’s exposure to a vast group of Defence stakeholders within private and public sectors has allowed him to effectively integrate solutions within the complex Defence environment.

Mike Godfrey

Operations Director


Mike’s diverse commercial and government experience in major project delivery spans nine years and has a broad basis from front-line analysis to strategic advisory in ICT, logistics, and procurement domains. His ability to learn quickly and passion for the cutting-edge make him responsive to rapidly changing requirements and capable of providing leading practices and insights from both industry and the public sector.

Mike is the operations and strategy lead for XKG, using his unique insights gained from his engagements with a number of government and commercial clients including the Department of Defence and multiple ASX Top 10 companies.

Mark Johnston

Defence Director


Mark is an experienced management consultant having recently completed over six years in KPMG’s Defence Practice within the Advisory Division. Mark is an experienced project and program manager who has successfully delivered a range of engagements in Defence and commercial sectors.

Mark completed 12 years with the Australian Regular Army in 2000, predominantly in signals, intelligence and operational roles. Throughout his career Mark has had a process improvement focus and now leads project and engagement teams.

Travis O’Brien

Director of Policing Technology


A dedicated and results-driven professional with a successful background in managing and delivering technical projects for the public safety and automotive industries. Experience working with private and government clients in Australia and overseas, with a primary focus on exceeding expectations for customer service delivery whilst ensuring quality outputs. Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain mutually beneficial internal and external relationships at all levels. Enjoys being part of, as well as managing, motivating and training a successful and productive team, and thrives in challenging work environments

Andrew Wood

Director Strategy


Andrew has over 25 years experience in developing and running teams to deliver complex projects in a variety of government, military and private organisations. He has intimate understanding of C4ISREW programs, which he developed over 15 years leading the project teams to deliver leading edge SF C4IREW capabilities.

Andrew has extensive experience in the integration of systems onto ground and airborne platforms both military and civilian registered. This has included consideration of vehicle engineering requirements as well as both military and civilian airworthiness regulations. He has an ongoing professional interest in surveillance data management and remote power solutions for surveillance systems.
